The Challenge
Deep tech operations require systems that scale from pilot to production: logistics calculations that handle 1K to 100M units, data pipelines that validate environmental claims at enterprise scale, and automation that avoids vendor lock-in. Built and deployed production systems including: BFF + microservices (licensee app → backend-for-frontend → Product, Pricing, Sync services + platform API for carbon/process); scalable logistics with two-legged journey (ocean + domestic), piecewise pricing, and geospatial port detection; environmental claim validation pipelines with 105+ automated quality tests; three-layer automation (Trigger→Logic→Data); sheets-first data flows and bidirectional sync; portable database (SQLite→Postgres); EPR fee schedules and map overlays; and SOP frameworks across 10 functional areas. Backend-for-frontend proxies to local microservices (Product, Pricing, Sync) and central platform API. Product: nesting, container capacity. Pricing: tiers, competitive analysis. Sync: CRM↔folders, link validation. Dual-mode APIs: parameter-based or Sheets-backed.
Portable Architecture
Cloud-agnostic infrastructure with portable database (SQLite→Postgres), three-layer automation, vendor-agnostic service design. Works on AWS, GCP, Azure, or DigitalOcean. Docker/Cloud Run per service.
Production Operations
