Craton productizes the decision-infrastructure pattern I use in consulting and production work: explicit assumptions, pathway comparison, rank stability under uncertainty, and a prioritized list of what evidence to buy next. Built for founders, operators, and diligence teams evaluating feedstock, process, and capex choices in materials and packaging. Independent of any single employer; case evidence stays anonymized on the public site.
The Opportunity
Teams still default to spreadsheets that hide assumptions and flip ranks silently. Diligence and internal capital committees need traceable economics and kill criteria, not another deck.
Approach
